Please note if you order any items that state PRE-ORDER these items will take a estimated delivery date of 3 weeks. Please note this is an estimate only and may not be delivered on the exact date shown.

Please note if you add other items to your order these will not be dispatched until your pre order item(s) arrive in stock and will be sent together in one shipment.

Please allow 4 extra working days (on top of delivery time) for your order to be packed and processed. 

UK Standard Delivery - £3.99

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, delivery takes 7-9 working days (including packing time).

UK First Class Delivery - £4.99

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, delivery takes 5-7 working days (including packing time).

Europe Delivery - £15.99 (sent by Royal Mail 13-17 working days, including packing times.)

Rest of world deliver - £20.99 (sent by Royal Mail 13-17 working days, including packing times. )

We are unable to cover any customs costs you may occur. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you want to return/exchange an item please email shopbourne@gmail.com to arrange a return. You will have to pay to return and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You will need to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. 

We are unable to exchange/refund international orders at this point. 

Please note swimwear, underwear and earrings will not be returnable.
